ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you love your Dusty P.A purchase, and we are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding your item, prior to completing your transaction. You can also visit us by appointment to inspect items in person.

We are happy to offer a credit note or exchange for change of mind purchases; in addition, you can choose a refund or exchange if your item has a major problem. This is when the item:

- is significantly different from the online description

- does not do what we said it would and cannot be easily fixed.

Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt.
